Even so this is an economic option hotel to stay, for the price it was to little to offer. Bed and pillows are bad. No parking available, customer need to pay separate

Uma hospedagem pra recordar

Eu tive uma experiência excelente na minha hospedagem. Tudo começou pelo atendimento telefônico pois precisei antecipar em um dia a minha chegada e postergar a saída em um.dia também. Fui muito bem atendido e tive o pedido atendimento. Na recepção a qualidade dos funcionários se materializou. Fomos bem recebidos e acomodados num quarto que atendesse as condições da minha mãe de 82 anos. A limpeza do quarto estava impecável e sempre que solicitada a limpeza de manutenção era sempre atendido com presteza. O café da manhã é muito bom e a equipe muito eficiente. Não deixavam faltar nada , sempre repondo os alimentos e mantendo as mesas desocupadas sempre limpass a medida que chegava mais pessoas. Gostei e indico também pela excelente localização próximo ao dos pontos turísticos e da largada da maratona de Blumenau.
