The hotel is old and looked like it was under construction. The pool was empty, the elevator is tiny and barely fits two people. The rooms have no soundproofing, so you can hear conversations from other rooms. There were ants on the TV table in the room. The whole area around the hotel is under construction. The best restaurants and shops are about a 10-minute Uber ride away. The manager is extremely arrogant. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. There are much better options, like the Mercure, which is in a prime location right in front of the beach and has far better facilities and staff. The online photos are very misleading and don’t reflect the reality of the hotel at all.

Razoavel.

Gostei do lugar, o quarto tinha uma vista fabulosa de tirar o folego de tão linda. Porém a piscina principal estava em obras. Eles poderiam ter avisado anteriormente assim escolheriamos outro hotel. As crianças nessa situaçao ficaram sem piscina.

Me colocaram de frente para a construção

Hotel estava em reforma e isso foi frustrante. Chegamos cansados, pensando no que seria um dos melhores hoteis da viagem e foi um dos piores. Nos colocaram de frente para uma construção da piscina externa do hotel. Pedi para trocarem o quarto mas disseram que nao tinham mais vaga (mesmo sendo baixa temporada e o hotel aparentar extremamente vazio…) mas enfim, fiquei só uma noite. Outra coisa que diria que é apenas um “inconveniente” é o sistema de pulseira, vc tem q ficar andando com uma pulseira o tempo todo e para voltar pro Hotel, vc tem que apresentar para o segurança. Achei estranho porque não é um resort, nunca tinha visto isso em hotel, apenas em resort all inclusive. Enfim, chato mas ok. O cafe da manhã estava bom

O hotel é bem localizado, porem tivemos o azar de ir neste periodo, onde existe um obra na praia pegando a frente do hotel, fazendo que que a gente tivesse que andar quase 1 km para ter acesso a praia. Alem do barulho de obra que estava bem desconfortável.
