Love this hotel. It iscáveis from the beach, beautiful view from the pool area, great pools, spa, jacuzzi, area for massage, bar, good bed and showers. Place is clean, easy to access to shopping , beach and restaurants. 👍

O hotel conta com tvs antigas sem nenhuma funcionalidade. Café da manha bom, mas todos os dias mesmo cardápio. Nosso quarto teve problema no vaso sanitário que a agua subia e quase saia pra fora, tivemos que trocar de quarto no meio da estadia, limpeza bem ruim com varios hospedes reclamando. O elevador principal que da acesso ao andar superior A da piscina interna deu diversos problemas, demorava muito por isso. Cofre nao funcionava. Academia muito básica.

Incrível!! Piscina super quentinha.muito gostosa,aproveitamos muito! Ótima localização,atendimento maravilhoso da recepção,da governanta, atendimento excelente da equipe do café,deixaram eu levar café pro meu filho que estava no quarto!! Enfim,não é a primeira vez que me hospedo no Mercure, mas essas 2 últimas diárias realmente foram 5 estrelas.Tudo funciona perfeitamente a favor do hóspede,eles emprestaram bicicletas gratuitas e andamos a orla de Balneário com elas,hotel muito bom!Parabens Mercure!!

Ótima hospedagem, atendimento deixa a desejar

As instalações do hotel são excelentes, porém o atendimento deixa muito q desejar. Não nos explicaram nada no check in, disseram que tudo estava explicado no papel que vem junto com os cartões do quarto. A explicação estava desatualizada, não conseguimos usar o wi-fi, depois de um certo tempo descobrimos isso por nós mesmos. Uma das camas estava quebrada, meu filho quase caiu, a cana virou com ele, foi um tanto perigoso. Pedimos pra resolverem isso, ninguém foi ao quarto, quando perguntados disseram que estava registrado que o problema estava resolvido, e insistiram em mostrar o registro de que alguém tinha resolvido, sendo que estávamos no quarto e ninguém tinha ido lá. Uma grande desorganização.
