Estrutura excelente, com piscinas climatizadas. Bem ao lado do Beto Carrero - oferecem transfer para o parque, mas dá pra ir a pé. Staff sem defeitos. Destaque para Tio Bandana, que brilhou na recreação.

Atendimento na parte do dia excelente, porém a noite deixa a desejar principalmente na recepção. No restaurante o garçon salvo nome Jacson é otima, porém as garçonetes com a recepcionista ficam conversando e ignora os hospedes quando solicitam a atenção.

Muito boa, já estive ai anos atrás, infelizmente a recreação ( “o tio e as tias”) são bem fraquinhos, os anteriores eram mais animados, contagiavam a galera. Talvez devesse trabalhar mais este lado infantil pra quem quer trabalhar com as crianças. Falou tbm o Buffet Infantil, o estrogonofe tem um dia q ficou faltando mais ingredientes, a mostarda estava bem forte, como o hotel tem mais publico infantil, deveria ter comidas direcionadas a elas, achei q faltou. Os atendentes na recepção, bem fracos, falta sorrirem mais, serem mais receptivos, como falei na outra vez q fui, nossa, sem comentários, o pessoal da recepção eram mais receptivos, precisam treinar mais este lado. Fora isso, o hotel é ótimo.

O hotel proporciona uma experiência ótima. A cama é muito confortável. Bom tamanho de quarto. Banheiro bem dividido. Chuveiro delicioso. Café da manhã muito bom. Mas o destaque fica pro jantar, I’m um cardápio diverso e maravilhoso. Valeu muito a pena hospedar com meia pensão, pois chegávamos cansados de um dia de diversão no Beto Carrero e éramos recebido com uma comida gostosa e quentinha.

Excelente relação custo x benefício para quem quer aproveitar o parque e nos dias de descanso a estrutura do hotel. Excelente principalmente para quem vai com criança pois tem uma ótima recreação e área de lazer muito boa. A parte estranha é não ter porta no banheiro. Café da manhã bacana e jantar com boas opções.

Boas acomodações e excelente localização.

Atendeu bastante nossas expectativas, por ser um hotel praticamente em frente à entrada do parque Beto Carrero World e oferecer acomodações de boa qualidade. Infraestrutura e recreação bacanas, apesar de pouca utilização da nossa parte. O buffet oferece opções variadas para adultos, porém poderia ter alternativas mais simples para crianças, o que nos obrigou a pedir os pratos kids no cardápio a la carte (não coberto pelo pacote de hospedagem que havíamos contratado). O transporte gratuito para o parque é outro diferencial importante e que funciona bem.
