The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

"Our time in Campos do Jordão was very good. What a beautiful place and wonderful days with the family. Regarding the stay, there are a few important points to highlight that were not very good experiences. First, the person at the gate when we arrived was not at all friendly.
