"Very nice and very good location close to the train and bus stations. Cozy old stile hotel with a very good breakfast. A bonus was the restaurant which was part of the hotel. Valet parking is available at extra cost"

"I would like to thank the staff at this hotel for making our stay so memorable. Everyone from front desk to restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful . Our room had a fabulous view of the bay, so beautiful. Location is great, just a 10 minute leisurely walk to train station. Bed was comfy . The only negative thing about room was the location of A/C unit which blows right at the bed. I already have sinus issues and this was a challenge as rooms do get warm. Breakfast was very expansive and varied and delicious. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful. We had an issue with the noise in our room. We called about the issue several times but was not given a solution or returned call on the matter. We stayed 5 nights and I did not get one night of good sleep. I was surprised how it was handled for a 5 star hotel, Everything else was fine."

"This is a fantastic property, you feel you are still in 1890 with the interior kept to that standard and time. Wonderful seating areas with a 1900 bar make you feel Poirot will come around a corner. Breakfast is served in a grand hall makes you think you are dining with royalty. We'll lo e to come back in the near future"

"Everywhere was clean and tidy with staff working hard to maintain this. Our room was a good size , as was the bathroom and we has a beautiful view. Plenty of choice at breakfast; the women who manage breakfast are amazing and very well organised all with a smile on their faces. The pool area is tranquil and calm - plenty of beds available when we stayed. Thank you for a lovely stay"

"Both elegant and charming in decor, the Royal invites you to sit back and unwind. Beautiful dining facilities with ocean views, fine food, friendly servers make it the perfect place for special Prosecco toasts. Rooms have a luxurious atmosphere and are quiet for restful sleep. Swimming pool has both adult and children areas to enjoy. And the warm welcome and goodbye we received encourage us to return."
