Quarto estava sujo, parecia ser falta de manutenção no ar condicionado, e não tinha água quente, funcionario falou que estava com ar na tubulação. Após aguardar um tempo pedi a troca do quarto, que conseguimos usar agua quente bem fraca. No segundo dia foi resolvido o problema.

O pessoal do hotel foi excelente do começo até o fim. Foram bem prestativos e nos deixaram fazer o checkin antes pois havia disponibilidade. Nos foi oferecido ajuda com as malas e foram bem solicitos com a reposição do gel de banho. Café formidável e pessoal bastante atencioso e prestativo. Voltarei mais vezes.

Minha experiência foi incrível! Já me hospedei em vários hotéis e pousadas em Penedo, pois moro próximo da cidade, então estou sempre em ali, mas confesso que me surpreendi com o Terras de Finlândia. As meninas da recepção são uma simpatia, super educadas e atenciosas. O quarto é perfeito, banheira ao lado do chuveiro pra mim é primordial, além disso o cheirinho das acomodações é maravilhoso, hum que delícia! Uma outra coisa que me deixou surpresa é o cafezinho da tarde que eles deixam na recepção do hotel, sempre com algumas opções para comer e beber, achei um super diferencial de hotel em Penedo. Sem contar que o café da manhã é espetacular! Tudo delicioso e muito fresquinho! Nota 10000 pra vcs !!!!!!

Eu e meu marido gostamos muito do Hotel. Escolhemos a Suíte Master com o quarto maior e a Jacuzzi dentro do quarto, mas infelizmente não estava funcionando. Mais tirando este episódio o restante é excelente. Café da manhã maravilhoso com bastante variedade, sem falar que o Hotel fica próximo ao centro, dá para fazer tudo sem carro. Adoramos!! Vamos voltar com as crianças.😍😍

Quarto limpo e funcionários educados. Porém os colchões da cama estão muito ruins, deformados o que me ocasionou um problema sério na lombar e no nervo ciático, estragando meu passeio, pois andar era um sofrimento muito grande. Meu marido e minha filha também tiveram as noites muito mal dormidas ficaram com dor nas costas fora o barulho da cama quando se mexia. O café da manhã também achei muito fraco e opções ruins. Conclusão eu minha família ficamos decepcionados com o hotel. Criei uma expectativa alta pela avaliação e pelo preço. Não recomendo

As imagens e descrição do hotel são um engodo de ponta a ponta. Não tem “terras” nem Finlândia, o hotel fica na sobreloja de um shopping simples. A foto da entrada não representa a entrada. Não há rampa, subimos escadas com as malas nas costas; quem aprovou esse projeto? - A roupa de cama estava suja - Os travesseiros estavam com odor - A roupa de cama era menor que a cama - Os ameneties são da mais baixa qualidade que eu já vi - As cortinas com manchas - A banheira de hidro branca, estava suja e manchada com marcas escuras (que nojo mano). - Não havia toalha de rosto - O desinfetante usado para “desodorizar” o quarto é também o mais barato possível, forte e ruim. - O café muito simples e infelizmente de baixa qualidade apesar do nítido esforço da “envergonhada” equipe de cozinha. O sujeito da recepção, ao ver nossa cara de decepção, já ficou na defensiva, nervoso. Escolhemos o hotel em virtude das fotos, do nome e do preço que era mais alto do que a média. Nos cobraram R$ 515,00 por uma diária no meio de semana e fora de temporada. Estão queimando o filme de Penedo.
