Decent experience with this hotel. The king bed was very comfortable and the continental breakfast had variety and was pretty good. Room 119 where we stayed smelled like mildew and the entire carpet was damp. Bathroom mirror looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in months. Two of the four exercise equipment in the exercise room could not be powered on and there was a very large cobweb around the window. No water in the exercise room. Looked like no one had checked in on the condition of the exercise room in weeks.

Out dated & not well maintained. The room smelled damp The drain in bathroom was down so the water was taking forever to go down. The gym had no air. The AC was broken. They had a water cooler & it was always empty. I mentioned it & nothing happened. There were cobwebs in there. I spent a lot of $$ there for parents weekend cause I could get the Fairfield Marriott which is far better in every way!! I had no choice but to stay there. The staff is nice. Housekeeping did not close my door all the way that it remained partially opened. No good!! Thank goodness my bag was with me!

This property seems to have been in Cortland for a while and does not even have an elevator. While it has been updated, our room, on the second floor, had wallpaper that was peeling off the wall and the door jam to the room had been pushed in so the door did not "seat" well in the frame and jiggled while locked. The bedding was clean and fresh, but this hotel has probably seen better days and was priced accordingly. The check in clerk was super nice and even called us to see if there was anything we needed and did offer to have us move rooms, which was not on my to do list. The ice makers were not working on wither floor and the side entry doors card readers were not functioning as well. You had to enter through the front entrance. Landscaping needed some TLC as well.

In town for Cortland State track meet. 5 minutes from campus. Out side is going through spring cleanup, mulching etc, bit muddy at entrance, parking lot is in need of pothole repairs. Other entrances key card does not work, not a complaint to walk to main entrance. Breakfast is minimal selection of eggs / sausage/ waffles, Perkins is attached to hotel. Little noisy on highway side, could hear trucks through the night. It was very clean and had a spacious king suite. Happy with stay.

Comfortable beds and nice-sized rooms that were clean. I liked the fact that it adjoins the Perkins restaurant. I will happily recommend this hotel. The area surrounding the hotel is a bit depressing, but the location is good as it provides quick access to Homer and Cortland.
