"It is with great sadness that I write this as our wonderful week-long stay at Porto Galini has come to an end. Having travelled extensively throughout Greece over the years, I can honestly say that Porto Galini has surpassed every hotel we’ve stayed at. From the immaculate cleanliness and outstanding amenities to the exceptional quality of the food, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. A special thank you goes to the breakfast team—Dimitri, Vassili , Mario, and Zaharoula. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care they showed us each morning made us feel truly valued. Their level of service is something we have rarely experienced, not only in Greece but anywhere in the world. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they have set a new benchmark for what outstanding hospitality should be. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality food that catered to every taste. The pool was spotless and always inviting, while the beach was beautifully maintained each day, making it the perfect place to relax. Our room was kept impeccably clean throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff did a remarkable job every day, ensuring everything was fresh, tidy, and never overlooking even the smallest detail. "My daughters and I had an outstanding stay at Aenos Hotel and would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Kefalonia. The hospitality was exceptional. The managers, front desk team, housekeeping staff, and breakfast staff were all incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome, and their kindness and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is spotless, with clean, cool, modern, and very comfortable rooms. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the Wi-Fi was fast, reliable, and worked perfectly throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. There was something for everyone, and it was a wonderful way to start the day. The location is another major highlight. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Argostoli’s main square, just steps away from numerous restaurants, cafés, shops, and the waterfront. Everything you need is within easy walking distance. The hotel also offers convenient laundry and ironing services, which are especially helpful for longer stays. What truly sets Aenos Hotel apart is its people. The outstanding customer service, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel at home throughout our visit. Our daughters and I had a wonderful experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Kefalonia. "Beautiful setting - The unit we stayed in, the buildings and grounds in general, and the views were all stunning! Horrible path to get to the location - The path up to the hotel is steep and narrow with sharp turns, and when we visited it wasn't a pleasant or pretty drive up. That said, it was worth the effort! Lovely staff - lovely in every way. Odd meal hours - Breakfast starts at 8, which seems late given the number of early-morning cruises and tours in the area. The schedule states the dining room is open until 10, but I was told the kitchen closes at 9:30 so they have time to clean and prepare for the next day. It might be best to simply say they close at 9:30 to avoid mis-communication. Superb food - Both breakfast and the dinner we had were superb. We would be thrilled to return to this property."

"This hotel was truly the highlight of our trip! The entire property is absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. You can tell they take amazing care of everything, from the landscaping and pool area to every little detail around the hotel. Our room was spacious, beautiful, and had a kitchenette with everything we could possibly need, which made our stay even more comfortable. The pool area was incredible, with a great variety of amazing drinks and food to enjoy while relaxing. The staff were all so friendly and helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, we had such an amazing experience and would 100% come back. This hotel was a 20/10!"
