Perfect stay!

We stayed for two nights and were amazed. Everyone was so friendly. The hotel and rooms are awesome. We relaxed in the bath or massage chairs and enjoyed our stay. Perfectly clean. Staff was always there to help us. The surroundings are beautiful as well. We'd definitely come again!

フロント担当者から宿泊当日に確認の電話が来たが言葉使いや配慮のない話し方で煩わしく感じた。部屋へ案内されたあと、フロント担当者がいつまでも部屋の中で使い方などの注意の説明が長引くので、これもあまり良い感じがしなかった。食事付きのプランで予約をしていないとホテル内での飲食は出来ない点も融通が利かない。 ホテル館内や部屋、浴場は清潔感があり、良かった。

伊豆の閑静な丘の上でゆったり滞在

意外なサービス対応

ホテルの部屋はいいが、行く道はちょっと探しにくい、大通りから入ると中の道路は広くない、夜は暗い。車がないとまわりに買い物が大変ですよ、歩きは無理。 それに、従業員のサービス対応はいまいちですね。深夜はなかなか連絡が取れない。連絡が取れても次の希望まで待ち時間が長過ぎ、しかも折り返し電話には全然謝りもなかった。

食事に大満足

限られた部屋数なので、大型のグループに遭遇することもなく、静かにゆっくりと滞在を楽しむことができました。お料理も１つ１つに細やかな気配りが感じられ、大変満足いたしました。使われている器類も素敵でした。次回は両親を連れて訪れてみたいです。
