Superb private villa of 180 m² with private spa equipped with a jacuzzi and sauna, which can accommodate up to 15 people in top-of-the-range conditions.
And to have fun with friends or family, a table football, a ping-pong table and a pétanque court are at your disposal.
Outside, the house is equipped with a large terrace with garden and Weber "Genesis II" "gas barbecue.
Located just 5 minutes from Strasbourg, this house will be the ideal place to spend a pleasant time with family or friends, and relax while visiting our beautiful region.
Its main assets are:
• A large capacity of 15 people,
• A totally private SPA area accessible 24 hours a day, with a 5-seater Jacuzzi heated to 38 °, infrared sauna for 5 people and video projector with Netflix (package of 50 € for the entire stay),
• A garden with a pétanque court and a 35m² terrace including a sofa, garden furniture and Weber gas barbecue,
• A very large kitchen with living room of over 60m²,
• A high-end Sulpice brand table football in the living room,
• A beautiful ping-pong table,
• Consistent and quality equipment.
The fully equipped kitchen includes:
• Four induction hobs,
• A large fridge,
• A freezer,
• A microwave oven,
• An oven,
• A dishwasher,
• All the crockery needed for 15people (glasses, plates, pots, ...)
• A raclette and a stone grill,
• Four coffee machines (Senseo, Nespresso, Dolce Gusto and filters),

The six bedrooms, including 1 mezzanine, have recently renewed bedding for optimal sleep.
The composition of the beds is as follows:
• 6 double beds,
• 2 single beds,
• 2 sofa beds.
The villa also offers:
• An air-conditioned living room with two large sofa beds and a 43-inch TV with Chromecast,
• A magnificent and very spacious bathroom with shower, large Jacuzzi bathtub with bubbles, jets and light therapy,
• A classic bathroom with shower and sink,
• 2 toilets, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs in the bathroom,
•Washing machine and dryer,
• Free cot and baby chair, on request,
• 8 parking spaces!
Rental conditions:
• Minimum 2 nights (except exceptions except weekends, contact us).
• Animals in supplement, 30 € per animal.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt für eine Reise mit Freunden geeignet. Mit dem regelmäßig nach Straßburg fahrenden Bus ist man in ca 15 min in der Stadt, von daher ist die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße sehr gut. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn die Zeit nicht ausreichte, Spa und die vielen Spielmöglichkeiten zu nutzen.

Logement propre avec quelques finitions à revoir mais dans l'ensemble très bien, par contre voisinage très compliqué, malgré les recommandations du propriétaire que nous avons appliqués à la lettre (c'est a dire personne dehors après 22h00 pas de véhicule dans la rue etc..), nous nous sommes fait incendié lors de notre départ à 7h30 par la voisine d'en face alors que nous chargions simplement nos valises et sortons les poubelles.

Très bon séjour

Le gîtes est très bien, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il est très proche de Strasbourg. Le propriétaire est très sympa, accueillant et disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Maison agreable

La maison est fidèle aux photos propreté impeccable environnement agreable et le plus: le jaccuzzi et le sauna !! Nous avons passer un super week end en famille ,10 adultes, pour visiter strasbourg qui n est qu a 10 minutes de la maison en voiture le gerant nous a indiquer un parking tres facile de s y garer surtout en periode de marché de noel. Adresse a retenir ! Merci a vous

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem schönen Gebäude in einer schönen Atmosphäre. Vor allem die nähe nach Strassbourg ist sehr gut. Kleine Einschränkungen: der Whirlpool ist vom ph Wert übersäuert und mit zu viel Chlor versetzt, ein längerer Aufenthalt im Pool ist nicht möglich da einem regelrecht die Augen brennen. Des Weiteren ist das Zimmer hinter dem Pool nur für Leute zu empfehlen, die es gewohnt sind bei kalten Temperaturen zu schlafen, die der Raum sehr kalt ist.

Super Wochenende in Ittenheim und Straßburg

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in einem super ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Nach unserem Besuch in Straßburg konnten wir abends in Sauna und Jakuzzi super entspannen. Auch der Vermieter hat uns nett empfangen und alles Nötige persönlich gezeigt. Danke dafür. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

A nice and cosy house

I was with my family in Strasbourg and we loved staying in this house. The house is actually quite big and we had a lot of space to sit together in the living room. Arnaud was really helpful and reactive. We will definitely come back!

Superbe Villa a coté de Strasbourg

Nous avon avec ma famille passe le nouvelle an dans cette belle Villa, située dans un quartier residentiel. La villa est tres calme, et 10 min du centre de Strasbourg. Arnaud etait à l'ecoute et la communication c'est tres bien passé. Je recommande grandement cet location.
