This lakefront property is a newly renovated modular home that is large enough for several families to vacation together! Offering 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a large kitchen and a dining area with seating for 12. This home has enough room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their time.

There is a master suite with a king bed and full bathroom including a spacious bathtub and double sinks.

There are 3 queen bedrooms. All three have large closets for storage.

The bunk room includes 4 beds and a futon so it can easily accommodate 6 people and is perfect for teens and young

The outside amenities include an extra large, partially covered deck that offers a beautiful view of the lake and plenty of entertaining and dining space equipped with a grill. There is also a waterfront deck that is perfect for fishing, sunbathing and a dock for storing your boat.

The home is in a quiet cove perfect for swimming and conveniently located near Jets Landing, the waterfront store with gas and snacks. WiFi is provided so that you can log into your personal streaming services.

Sheets and towels are provided. Cleaning Fee of $200 is added to all reservations.

We stayed at Kathy’s place for a family reunion/birthday celebration. The place was perfect for what we needed and we will always have wonderful memories of our time here together! The views of the lake are absolutely wonderful and so peaceful! The T-shirts and koozies were the icing on the cake!

Weekend at the Lake

My husband & I rented this house on the Lake for ourselves and some friends while we were in the area for our college reunion. As it turned out, only my husband and myself ended up staying in the house for the weekend. We were very comfortable here and enjoyed the views of the Lake.

Relaxing get away

The stay was very relaxing! A very quiet area. The back porch had an excellent view of the lake. The beds were comfortable! We really enjoyed the entire stay.

Great stay

Our family has outgrown our own lake house. This spot was prefect for our extended family members. Enough room for everyone to have their own space and a table big enough to come together for meals. The paddle boards and kayak added to the fun. We have already booked another stay!

Family Thanksgiving Trip

We can’t say enough about our stay at the Lake. It was plenty big enough for our family of 11, Kitchen is outfitted with everything you need and lake access was tremendous. We spent most days on the back patio enjoying wildlife and family games. The town of Iva is a quaint spot and Abbeville is only 20 minutes away and full of history and a great downtown. You can’t miss with staying here!

Wonderful Trip

We enjoyed the week swimming and sunning. We were able to rent a pontoon and explore the lake as well. Neighbors were super nice. The accommodations were perfect for our large group, and even was child friendly for my 2 yr old grandson. We had a blast and will definitely be back !

Thanksgiving with Family

The house was great! It is deceptively large with plenty of room for a large group of people. The massive kitchen table easily accommodated 12 people for Thanksgiving dinner.

Wedding weekend

My niece was getting married at a house on the lake so my sister's families and I rented this house to be able to enjoy the wedding weekend. The house was perfect for our 3 families ranging from 7 years old to 50 years old (9 people total, with beds to spare). We were less than a 5 minute pontoon ride to the wedding house which was perfect for rehearsal day and wedding day. Kathy has been extremely responsive from booking and even went above and beyond sharing a personal item to us when we were in need. Cannot say enough GREAT things about the property and the host. Thank you!

Almost perfect

The house and setting were absolutely lovely, the house was well decorated and spacious, the lake was a ton of fun, and communication with the host was excellent. We really felt welcome and enjoyed most of our stay. That being said, there were a few cleanliness issues, mold and grime on the grill required a trip into town for cleaning supplies and an hour of elbow grease, expired food in cabinets, lightbulbs out, and a broken doorknob that left my son stuck in a bathroom. HOWEVER, all of these things can be attributed to the fact that March is probably the off season and we were likely the first guests in a while, and we really did enjoy our stay regardless of the few issues!!

Beautiful, Spacious, comfortable, quiet, lovely outdoor space

We loved the Lake House! We had family come in for our daughter’s wedding. There was plenty of space for everyone! Bedrooms were nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were nice. Plenty of extra pillows, blankets, sheets and towels. Beautiful functional kitchen. 2 living rooms! The outdoor deck spanned most of the home. Lots of comfortable furniture outside; great space to enjoy our company. Kids could be outside playing! They really enjoyed the family of 3 ducks that would come to visit. Kayaks, SUP, life vests, nice socks! It was a great place for us to relax and enjoy our family!

Awesome stay again

This is our second stay at this property. It is perfect for our expanding family. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It had everything we needed. Located in a quiet cove that was great for swimming. Kayaks were available for the more adventurous to explore the lake. We are ready to book again!

Great house on the lake. Communication with the owner was great! We rented this house for a weekend trip to the mine to dig for crystals. It was very close to that as well as a grocery store for all of our necessities. We would definitely rent again if we are in the area.
