"Host and property owner were very clear on communication. We don't typically stay at VRBO based on the varied experiences we have had with requirements and fees. "Our lodgings at the Inn were comfortable and provided all of the basics needed for a visit to the area. The view was nice and the outdoor porches and rooftop made the view even more easy to enjoy. "This place really couldn’t be in a more beautiful spot. You have amazing red rock views, and you’re right by the Ivins Reservoir. The property is spacious, light, and full of windows. There is even a rooftop patio. Our only noteworthy complaint was that the furniture wasn’t very comfortable. It is fine to sit on for short periods of time, but it seems more like outdoor furniture. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Ironically, we past this condo development on a previous trip to Ivins & thought it would be a great place to stay for our next trip there. I was really pleased to see this pop up in Expedia! There is not a way to get running water on the slide so it couldn’t be used due to heat and will cause injury. Hot tub also can’t be used.
