"Excellent, kid-friendly location close to I-15 with plenty of parking. The premises, interior, breakfast area, and the room were very clean and well-furnished. The staff was very professional and was able to check us in and out hassle-free. The breakfast was great with decent options. Would definitely recommend it to other travelers. "

"They had tiny, basically one use, shampoo and conditioner with soap for a family of 7 that was staying at a 3 bedroom condo. We ended up going to Walmart and buying shampoo, conditioner and soap. "

"We had a great weekend and even ended up extending a night so we could stay longer. My kids loved the pool options with indoor and outdoor experiences. The breakfast in the morning has so much variety all could find something they wanted. We had a great stay. "

"I will not be staying at this hotel chain in the future. The only late check out option was 12pm; after that, you’re required to pay for an additional day. I opted for check out by 12pm and housekeeping still tried to enter my room just after 11am. I was in a towel and they kept trying to push the door open, even though I kept saying the room was occupied. After they asked if I had confirmed late check out at the front desk, they finally left. It was extremely disconcerting to have someone trying to enter the room while I was in such a vulnerable position. Aside from that alarming experience, the room itself wasn’t very comfortable. The bathroom was far too small and not designed well, and I kept bumping into the soap dish in the shower. The curtains in the room didn’t full shut or block out light, and the pillows were basically throw pillows. I wish I’d paid just a little more and stayed at one of the many other hotels clustered in this area."

"Our room seemed a little run-down, and the beds were hard. There was food left in the refrigerator from previous guests, and a stream of wadded-up toilet paper hung from the peephole. After my daughter took a shower, the pressure in the pipes kept building and vibrating, sounding like a distant chainsaw. We ended up changing rooms at 10:30 at night. The room we were moved to was much nicer, and the beds were much more comfortable; I'm not sure about the discrepancy. There were dirty footprints on the wall across from the toilet. Also, the street noise was loud on the south side, but much better on the north side. Breakfast was minimal and not great. If I had to stay here again, I would, but it definitely wouldn't be my first choice. "

"We originally booked three nights at this hotel but ended up leaving after just one due to several serious issues. From the start, the pool area was extremely disappointing. The pool itself was not just cloudy—the bottom was visibly dirty, with debris and grime that made me genuinely concerned for my children’s health. I worried they might get sick if they accidentally swallowed any water. Additionally, the hot tub was both lukewarm and only partially filled. While the staff did attempt to top it up with a hose, it was clear they were doing their best with limited resources. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse on our first night. At around 4 a.m., we were abruptly woken by loud noises coming from the room next to ours. It sounded as if someone was smashing up the room. We immediately called the front desk to report the incident. It took nearly an hour for the police to arrive, and during that time, my family—especially our two young daughters—were terrified and in tears. Shockingly, after the police left, the individual causing the disturbance was not removed from the property and was allowed to remain in his room. We did not feel safe at all, and could not understand why hotel management did not take stronger action to ensure guest safety. Seeing this person the next morning, and receiving an unsettling look from him as he was questioned by police, only heightened our discomfort. We decided to check out immediately and found another hotel. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Hurricane, UT. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. A special thanks to Manager Dimple, who truly went above and beyond. She knows the area extremely well and suggested some amazing attractions we hadn’t even considered. Her guidance on the best times to visit helped us make the most of each place and avoid crowds — which made a big difference in our experience. Ashish and Ami, who handle breakfast, were equally fantastic. They greeted us every morning with warm smiles and kindness, making the start of our day even better. Their hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to our stay. The property itself is also very conveniently located — just minutes away from Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park, Zion Hot Springs, and Kolob Canyons. It made exploring the area incredibly easy. Overall, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout our stay. I strongly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hurricane or planning to explore the Zion area. Great staff, great location, and a great experience!"
