    Serene, family-oriented residential subdivision near the western edge of the St. George metro area. Short drives to Snow Canyon State Park, local trails, parks and golf; dining, grocery and medical services are in nearby St. George. The vibe is suburban with desert / red-rock scenery and good access to regional outdoor recreation.
