Mountain View Retreat is a beautiful 5 bedroom / 5 bath that can comfortably accommodate 14 guests or up to 16 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress. The expansive fully equipped kitchen, grill, indoor & outdoor dining, and outdoor lounge areas make hosting family & friends a breeze. Spend your days lounging by Paradise Village's resort style pool, swimming at the waterpark, or challenging each other to ping pong and spike ball tournaments! Take advantage of the many bike paths right out your front door and explore southern Utah on the bikes provided. Host a game night playing one of the many board and card games provided or challenging each other to games on the PS4. Grab your roasting sticks and some marshmallows to head up to the balcony to watch the sun set over the desert mountains while making a delicious smore! At the end of a long day, relax your muscles in your private hot tub under the starry night sky. Take solace in the comfort of your own room, each with a Smart TV, finding some peace and quiet has never been easier! Great home for a group!

House was in great condition, and the communication with the Red Sands staff was amazing. They were just a text away with any questions we had, and they reached out to us when a neighboring unit was having a WiFi issue to make sure ours wasn't having an issue as well. The waterpark was so fun, and never too crowded. The subdivision was busy for Spring break, but didn't feel overly crowded with people, cars, etc. This is our 3rd stay at Paradise Village and we will continue to come back! Highly recommend!

Great spot for a quick trip. We spent a long weekend here and this place had plenty of space for our family of 7 and two extra adults. The kitchen and gathering area were awesome and the bedrooms were all good size, and each had their own bathroom. Close to the main pool area and pickelball courts and if you have younger kids this was also in one of few culdesacs in the area which is nice. Hottub was great for a few of us at a time and we also used the cruiser bikes that were in the garage. We would stay here again.

Beautiful property with excellent amenities

We were so impressed with this property. We had plenty of room for 2 families, the kitchen is very well supplied, the house was very clean, and the location was perfect for our needs. Our kids loved playing ping pong and getting in the hot tub. The resort pools and hot tubs tend to get overrun over the holiday weekend, so having a private hot tub was such a great bonus. We loved being so close to the water park! Management was also super easy to work with and allowed us to extend our stay as our circumstances changed. Would definitely stay here again or at another Red Sands property.

Amazing home with amazing amenities!

We absolutely loved this home and are so glad we stayed here for Labor Day. Wonderful communication and description of the place as well as a wide range of amenities. The house is well cared for and they were clear instructions of how to check out. We will definitely stay here again.

Great for couples

We came down with friends for a weekend to hike and visit and this property was great. Each bedroom with its own bathroom was perfect. The hot tub and patio was fun for lounging and chilling out.

Perfect stay in Santa Clara

Great stay, no complaints, comfortable beds, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We had a group of 12 and appreciated that the house came with a high chair, pack n play and everything we needed to cook dinner for 12 for 4 nights. We look forward to coming again sometime!

Great family holiday getaway

We took all our kids and grandkids for the week after Christmas. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is wonderful! We used the hot tub a lot because it was a bit cold at night. Great location. Big kitchen with all we needed! I would love to stay here again.

Awesome place!

We loved our stay, great facility with amazing pool areas for the kids. Super close to Tuacahn and a Harmon’s. Kids had a blast and loved their room together. Kellie was amazing to work with us and take care of everything. Highly recommend staying here. We will likely make it a yearly stay with our family.

Such a special place

This house was so spacious and well appointed ! It is set up so nicely for families or groups. It was a quick walk to the pool and the upstairs deck is really relaxing. Plus the treats they left were Gluten free and amazing ! Our son was so excited that there was something he could actually enjoy for a change ! Wonderful stay !

We had small hiccups with bikes, but otherwise we (16) had a great time. House was plenty big enough for each family to have there own room and bathroom too! Very close to Tuacahn theater, which was part of our vacation plans. I would book here again.

Fun Family Getaway

Super fun, clean home w/ plenty of room for guests or grandkids. 5 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, large great area, big kitchen, hot tub, back patio and fun sitting area with propane fire pit on the roof. Also within steps of fun "water-park" type swim area. The pool had slides, lazy river, wading areas and plenty of loungers and it is reserved for guests only. Close to Tuachan, Zion national park, shopping, great dining and walking paths & hikes.

Very spacious!

We loved having one bathroom for each bedroom! We loved the hot tub and large gathering area. My only tiny complaint is the kids' room just has a shower. It was an easy fix by having a couple of the kids use the tub in another bathroom. We would definitely rent this house again!

Fun family vacation

This house was great for our family! We really enjoyed the pools, and hot tub. It had plenty of space for our family of 8 adults and one baby. We could have used a few more garbage bags, paper towels, and dishwasher tablets, since we ran out of those before the end of the visit, but other than those items we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed riding the bikes in the garage and appreciated that helmets were supplied with them. We had a great time, and will be back again.

Great vacation home! Luxury!

We were in St. George for the NJCAA Division I National Softball Championship. This house was perfect for our group!! Lots of room, loads of privacy, washer/dryer with Tide Pods, great rooftop patio with luxury furnishings, a quality gas grill, great quality kitchen appliances, even basic kitchen spices! All the furnishings and linens were so nice. The house comes with 4 bikes and helmets and a great neighborhood pool area. We discovered pickleball equipment in the house, a nearby pickleball court and it was so much fun! Board games and even PS4 games are included!! Fast response from management on any questions we had. So very happy we chose this place and I can't wait to return!!
