Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. "It is more of a ski lodge on the mountain. I heard it is very happening in winter. The mountain view from our room was stunning. Breakfast was nice - croissants ran out fast but was not replenished fast enough. Overall enjoyable stay. "

"Here was amazing, the breakfast was superb, the kids were running arround, because the hotel is first line on the lake. Also you can enjoy the free entrance to their pool club which is 800 meters away. Amazing stay! "

"The staff were excellent sorting out parking for my motorcycle immediately and anything we required they were quick to assist speaking English very well. The apartment is close to everything you’d like to see within walking distance and the condition is fabulous "

"Facility is basic, and we encountered a power outage from late afternoon to about 9 pm in the evening. Without power, water was also not available. With very limited English speaking skills, the staff were very nice and kind and tried their best to help 👍 The breakfast was also very simple. With the price we paid, a much higher quality of staying was expected."

"The room had a very pungent odor and we had request to change it. But the staff was very reluctant to do so. Overall it was probably the worst hotel I stayed in years. Everything is either broken or dysfunctional and when you ask for replacement the staff attitude is very aggressive. "

"The hotel is shown on the map on Expedia as being located just below the Fortress in one of the few remaining historic areas of the city, very close to Stalin Museum, but it is actually located in front of the train station, across the river, 30 minutes away from the museum. And there is absolutely nothing to do or see in that area. The bathroom had a terrible and persistent stench as if vapors were coming up from sewer. finally, the blanket covering the bed was so narrow that any movement exposes you to the mattress pad."
