"Convenient hotel close to Hakata Station. Friendly staff. A great variety of breakfast options that cater to both Japanese and western tastes (eggs, bacon, cereals, toast etc). An awesome feature I liked also was the fact you could see how many of the washer & dryers were available for use from your room TV - meaning no need to haul your washing to the machines only to find them all in use. Also the shower pressure and temperature was amazing! Only downside I can think of was that the wifi was a bit spotty at times but otherwise would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Excellent staff. Helped to look after our luggage on arrival and transport it to our hotel in Osaka a few days later. Hotel has train station at its front door. Easy to get to and from the main city. Very happy with this hotel. "
