Location, location, location. Close to shopping, restaurants, pharmacies. Room was spotless, lots of hot water. Restaurant food was the best yet. We have been coming here for many years and the a-la-carte menu very much improved. The staff are incredible, friendly, helpful, polite, they make us feel like we are being welcomed home. The beach is amazing, great for walking every day.

The staff were really nice and very helpful throughout my stay. Housekeeping was a little unusual, as I had to ask them to come and touch up the room instead of it being done automatically. The shower also doesn’t have a door, so quite a bit of water splashes out and can make a mess in the bathroom. Aside from those minor issues, everything else was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beach is amazing, staff is very hard working and room was spacious and clean. We absolutely loved, Aldolfo, who was our server on the beach. His job is very demanding but he works super hard to keep everyone in his section happy and well hydrated. He spoke very good english which is difficult to find in the hotel. The commercial area across the street is awesome and offers really good shopping options and every restaurant that we went to had good food but not cheap. Negatives were, too many guests in the hotel so one could rarely get a lounger and pool was loaded with kids/families. The lineups at the restaurants could be very long and food was not great, so we started going across the street for food. There was very little storage space in the room - no drawers and only 5 hangers.

I traveled with two kids and my husband. Overall, we had a good time. The location is beautiful right by the beach. The beach is clean no vendors harassing you. You are just steps away from the beach. Across the street from the hotel you have little stores and restaurants. as I mentioned I traveled with kids. one of the main reasons I booked at this hotel was for the kids club. The kids club is very limited not very much activities. They only open for a couple hours. Another reason why I’m giving it three star is the lack of room service staff. The staff does not really answer the phone when you try to order and they have a charge every time you order. The choices of food at the resort were OK. The food was not bad, I just wish there was more choices. Overall, it was an ok resort.

We have stayed at the Holiday Inn many times and plan to return next year. The staff including all services we know by name. We feel like we are family . They make us feel special. We made new friends again this year. We will miss Cleophas greatly when he retires. The hotel is always clean, there are plenty of food choices, the activities are varied , the employees are always the reason we come back and never consider any other hotels.

Everything was great. Would be nice to have another restaurant, too many buffets. Our room on the waterfront clearly had a water leak and the dry wall was cracking and there was mold. That should be fixed. Thank you
