The Space:
Enter the home to the grand walk through entrance right to your private back yard and pool area. This area is well equipped with lots of tables and chairs, shape and large pool for your groups enjoyment.

The main floor has a large living area with lots of seating; a large open kitchen / dining area with 2 dining sets, lots of cabinets and space for your group and a half bath. Finishing off the main floor is the master suite with a king bed, en-suite bath and lots of space and storage for your clothing.

Up the stairs to the 2nd floor you will find 4 bedrooms, equipped with 10 bunk beds total. 3 of the rooms have private en-suite baths and there is a fourth bathroom on this floor as well. Along with the 4 bedrooms, there is a media / office room with plenty of desks and space for your group. It also has 1 bunk bed and shares space with the dedicated workspace. While the room functions as a sleeping area, it also offers a quiet, well-lit workspace with a desk and is ideal for remote work or study.

The house is outfitted with high speed fibre internet as well.

Guest Access:
Guests can use the whole house!

Other Things to Note:
There will be someone on the property during the week in the early mornings to clean the yard and the pool.

Please note that the main living area does not have air conditioning. Additionally, this property has a private pool in the back yard and it is 100% the guests responsibility to use it safely and protect any and all children in their group while on staying at our Airbnb. Thank you for your understanding and safe guarding from accidents.

- All bookings are subject to a 3rd party I.D. verification process and Damage Waiver (with fee) or Damage Deposit (with fee) , failure to be approved by the I.D. process may void your booking.
- The use of glitter for celebrations or craft projects or other uses is prohibited. Confetti is allowed only if it is fully cleaned up by guests. A cleaning fee of MXN $1050 per hour will be charged for any glitter or confetti left behind.
