Nice place, clean & comfortable. Staff was great. Free valet parking. The only complaint is the club music on the weekend nights we were there, not sure if it's like that all the time.

Stayed here for a night while passing through Izmir. A fine place - clean, everything worked, staff were helpful, very close to Basmane station. Would stay again.

Pretty standard hotel. Reasonably close to the old pay of the city for touristy things. The hotel itself is showing a bit of age but things like the bathrooms look like they've been recently renovated

Good for the price
Staff was very pleasant. The hotel is located where many other hotels are, but there's really nothing going on in the neighborhood. Not a very nice location. Very few restaurants nearby. Hotel is nice for the price, but hasn't been renovated in the last 30 years. Basic, clean and comfortable.

Thank you for staying at our hotel and sharing your thoughts with us. hotel is located at the city center which is far from the Alsancak sea side or konak 15 minutes walk and 2 minutes with car. And 3 minutes far from the metro station. The Hotel and also the building are 3 years old. Anyway we are happy to hear that you stayed comfy and again appreciate that sharing your thoughts with us. We would like to see you at Greymark Hotel near future again for a better stay.

Not so good. An average hotel if you cannot find any other suitable place. Hygiene is moderate, they have a room service where you need to order from a web based application ( worst user experience ever) where sometimes they dont deliver at all.

Clean, classy n good service
Valet parking by hotel. Free. Location near to station but far from waterfront. Waterfront is about 15 to 20 minutes walk away. Service is good, especially the parking part. Place is clean and new.

Stay away!
Ok, being a couple that travels a lot and we are staying in a lots of hotels I wish to say that I was expecting more from this one. The goods things are, that the location is good, and the beds were comfortable and the room was very big. On the other hand the carpet is dirty even without stains it looks dirty, the sheets looks not clean crispy, just clean but with a big suspicious how clean it is exactly. The worst part of the room are the towels. They look like been 20years old. Nothing to do with the rate of the hotel. So this hotel is around 7.2 max and not 9.2 how it looks in the pics. This hotel has the potential to improve, if carpet is changed with wood floor, new sheets and towels are bought and the main thing is the staff. Some of them were smelling sweat, and look really dressed bad with long and dirty nails. But the hotel has the option to turn really good if the management is changed. The breakfast was also very low level.

Convenient and Comfortable Hotel
Greymark hotel is extremely centrally located with a nice lobby and kind staff. Check in was quick and seamless, there was parking nearby with complimentary valet service. The room was clean with a very large and comfortable bed and fast internet, The restroom and shower were great with excellent water pressure. The only area for improvement would be the sound insulation - both between rooms and with the outside street for rooms facing outward.

I booked one night in this hotel. The room is very confortable maybe a bit noisy due to the fact that the hotel is in one of the avenues with a lot of traffic. The hotel is applying proper covid19 instructions except in the restaurant which is closed and has no ventilation. The breakfast is included but I was not allowed to have it in the small terrace as apparently is it only for smoking even if there are a few tables outside. I could not have my breakfast as I refused to have it inside with the rest of the customers and it was quite busy at this time. I did not understand the rules as I even told the waiter that I would bring my plates inside once finished but they refused to let me have it outside. A bit disappointed in terms of security and customer service.

The staff are professional. The moment we were standing outside the building the security personnel immediately took our luggages without asking if we were going in. The check in was smooth with no contact. Our room was always cleaned & tidy. The only "negative" thing we could bring it up is the breakfast. We stayed for 6 nites & its the same breakfast pre-wrapped for us.

We loved our 4 days & 3 nites - we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel when visiting Izmir. A 10 minute walk to the sea and 3 minute walk to the Basmane Metro. There are also trams that can take you all around. The Kulture Park was across the street and we took the train to Hilal Station and at Hilal changed to the metro to the hotel’s Basmane stop! No cabs necessary - Most economical transportation the the airport!!!

Fantastic value and location a real gem
The Hotel has a grest location with a few minutes wslk of the Railway/Metro station. 3 mins to the very large and well maintained Kulturpark. It's on the edge of the city centre, 10 mins to the sea and about the same to the Kemeralti Bazaar. The room I had 401 was at the frong of the hotel, it was clean, light and well equiped with lots of electrical sockets, a flat screen TV, mini fridge. Easy chairs and coffee table. The bathroom had a lovely powerful shower with Rain head and hand spray, complementary toiletries were provided and smelt lovely. Room service was dsily and always willing to change towels. 2 bottles of water were provided in the room each day. Breakfast is no longer buffet due to Covid19, but the provided plate of cheeses, meats, egg and salad was filling especially when consumed with the supplied bread. Covid19 is making life difficult for all of us individually and for those running a business, the hotel staff adhered to all the rules in place, and would often remind guests of the need to stivk to the rules. There are 2 minor points I have to mention. 1 the Double glazing does not eliminate all the traffic noise of the busy toad in front of the hotel, you soon get used to it. 2 the only place to sit outside is at the rear of thd dinning room essentially thd smoking area. It's rather soulless and the chairs aren't made for an afternoon of relaxing in the limited sun that the 'patio' gets.

Good value for money at this modern clean hotel. Breakfeast was not great. My girlfriend walked in on her own one afyernoon and the manager asked her what room she was staying in. Slightly intrusive and awkward.

Because of the Covid-19 measures we not serving open buffet but we produce online open buffet . Our friends telling you at your check-in . After that you can choose what you want from the online open buffet at your breakfast. About room number its all about your safety and Covid-19 measures. 2 nights stay at Greymark Hotel
Staff of the hotel were friendly and check in was 24hours which was great. Location of the hotel was very near Basmane train and metro station. Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 luggages. As it was winter season (but not super cold with day temperature about 14 degrees celcius) there was only heater mode available in the room/hotel and not air conditioning hence it got a little warm and stuffy in the room. We opened the window to cool the room but the down side was noise from traffic as the hotel is situated along the main road. Perhaps the bathroom could be improved by installing a door to the half shower screen so that water would not splash outside the shower area. Overall still a pleasant stay for us.

I had a very nice stay. The location was convenient, the staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. I also liked the room decor, the bed was comfortable, the wi-fi was very fast, the breakfast minus the lack of espresso. I would stay there again

Excellent, staff were great in particular the male receptionist in the evening (can't remember his name) he was very helpful and accommodating! After weeks of travelling, I could say the beds were one of the most comfortable I slept in.
