Everyone watch his wife the waitress there waving to women all the time,they already know that’s your wife or your girlfriend but they keep watching them I hate tha kinda like this But the front desk was so nice and room clean

A remarkable hotel
A remarkable hotel, very spacious, luxurious and impressive. The hotel staff provides excellent service. The gym and the pool (very small) - disappointing.

It was a nice stay. The only problem we had was that the room smelled like cigarette and my husband is allergic and effectively got sick right after our stay. It smelled like someone smoked in the room Before us. I asked for a Ake purifier but it was not provided. Great room and location.

Shocking experience! Staff awful and unhelpful. Intermittent wifi. Intermittent air con that they control at front. An old large man entering and trespassing single female room when they’re asleep and staff do nothing to investigate or file a police report, in fact they make out that you are the guilty party by not asking who it is! It happened to me and I screamed so loudly when I heard someone entering room and making their way down to my bed. Luckily he left. Why should this man have a master key? I asked if it was room service, I had never ordered) and they never responded. I wrote two emails to GM who to this day has not responded. For a four star, simply not good enough!! No apology for all things that went wrong. Shameful. It’s a minus 4 star from me

Propert doesn’t deserve the stars it’s like a 2/3 star. The rooms are spacious but really outdated. The staff are very rude are not very helpful. The breakfast was really bad and the location is on a really busy main road. If you have a lot of bags be aware because there are quiet a few steps to reception. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. AVOID AVOID

Friendly and helpful staffs from front desk , bellman , to housekeeper. Traveling with a family. Room was spacious. Double bed, twin bed and sofa bed. Breakfast buffet was good. Supermarket next to the hotel. 5 minutes walk to Kebab restaurant and 10 minutes to Optimum Mall, large shopping mall with food courts, restaurants, cafes, ice skating ring and cinema.

Great Hotel
This is a very nice hotel local to amenities and the airport. I was given a spacious room, very clean and comfy. The hotel staff are very good they deal with every request in timely manner. Breakfast was great offering good menu selection. I would definitely recommend the hotel and look forward to returning soon.

I stayed 1 night after late night flight. The room is very spacious and good decorated. Good bathroom. Everything was very clean. The only thing I didn't like was the mattress, very hard for my taste, I could feel the springs of mattress. But I should say what I am picky with the place I sleep. Overall very good experience and excellent price.

Room had a big size and well designed. Restaurant service with considering pandemic situation was very good. Quality of the fabric of mattress, pillow and sheets was not good and needs to be renewed or changed.
