Çok kötü bir deneyimdi. 10. katta bir odada kalıyorduk. Dinlenmeye gittiğimiz otelde dinlenemedik. 11. katta rooftop bar bulunmaktaydı. Otelin ses yalıtımı yoktu. Saat 3 e kadar yüksek sesle müzik çaldı. Bize 12 mekanın kapanacağı söylenmesine rağmen hiç bir değişiklik olmadı. Resepsiyonla her yarım saatte bir konuştuk. Hiçbir müdahalede bulunmadılar. Ellerinden birşey gelmediğini söylediler. Çok düşük bir puanı hakkediyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Kartepe için Green Park’a mecbur olmak

Otel odası iyi temizlenmemişti maalesef. Akşam yemeği o kadar iyi değildi, fakat kahvaltı güzeldi. Otoparkçı otel misafiri olmanıza rağmen girerken 200 TL ödeme yapıyorsunuz, çıkışta iade ediyorlar. Saçma geldi bana.

Tam bir hayal kırıklığı

Otel oda servisi yok, resepsiyon tek kişi ve ciddi bekledik, akşam yemeği hayal kırıklığı, yemekte alkollü içecek yok, ızgaranın dumanı 9. Katta kaldığımız odanın koridoruna kadar geliyor du. Akşam lobiye kim olduğu belli olmayan gruplar gelip rahatsızlık verdi. Odamızın baktığı alanda bütün gece sabaha kadar araçlar gelip son ses müzikle silah atıp huzursuzluk yarattı. Çalışanlar olarak aslında hepsi güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi ancak sabah otele daha fazla dayanamayıp çıkış yapmak zorunda kaldık

Otel yıllardır kullandığım bir otel fakat müşteri sayısı az olunca yemekler zayıf hale gelmiş. Kış dönemi kalabalık zamanda yemekler çeşit olarak artıyor sanırım. Kahvaltı vasattı. Restaurant böyle durumlarda açık büfe yerine bir kaç seçim yapabileceğiniz alakarteye döndürülse hem ekonomik hem daha lezzetli olur, israfta engellenir. Havuz paralı hale gelmiş ve bunu otele gelince anlıyorsunuz! fakat ücreti pahalı yapmamaları güzel. Bununla birlikte havuz bakımsız. Bize standart oda fiyatına VİP oda vermeleri güzel oldu. Otelde kimse olmasın kafa dinleyeyim denilen bir sezonda gitmiş olmanın avantajları da var. Otelin sadece dışı boyandı bir kaç yıl önce ve artık içinde restore etmek lazım. Pendik teki işletmeye kıyasla dökülüyor!

It was very hard for me to write about the property. because I was so happy to be my friends, I did not care much about the CONS. PROS: The place and area are very promising. Very close to Istanbul. So, it is not hard to get there for a weekend getaway Food was wonderful. Great and rich selection of open buffet. I learned that they are renovating floor by floor the hotel. Top 3 floors were already renovated, but we did not have the opportunity to see those rooms. The roof bar was excellent with good selections, view and life music, but it is not advertised very well by the hotel crew. They were so reluctant to give information. The SPA was also very good. I suggest enjoying at least one massage. The ski slopes look good, but I am not an expert on that. I enjoyed sitting at a cafe, drinking my spicy wine with grilled sausage, while I was watching the beautiful view of the white mountains. CONS: Instead of investing into the hotel, owner was more generous to the daily visitors, who are coming to ski. But at least they are trying to improve the rooms. The staff was trying to do their best, but you could see the shortage of employees, especially the experienced staff. Inside and outside of the hotel. The rooms were pretty clean in the hotel, but you could see that they need a good renovation.

Bizden otopark parası alınmadı 2 gece konakladık. Odamızda 2 adet çift kişilik yatak vardı. Biz zaten 2 kişiydik. Oda gayet temizdi şanslıydık. Su doldurmuşlardı dolapları. Lobby de ikram kahve bile verdiler. Bunlar iyi olan şeyler. Kötü olan şeyde yemekler. İlk defa bu kadar kötü bir açık büfe görüyorum gerçekten yeşillikten başka hiç bir şey yoktu. Et yok tavuk yok saçmasapan bir açık büfeydi. Madem tek otelsin daha da arttır fiyatı 50-60 liraya laf eden insanlar gelemesinler. Bizim gibi hizmet isteyenlerde düzgün yemek yesinler. 5 çayında rondo bisküvi vardı. Reisin resminin baş köşede oldugu bir otel için rezalet bir açık büfeydi.
