Mirador Las Claras Iznate by Ruralidays

  • Villa located in Iznate, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

    This rustic-style holiday home’s 147 sq.m. are distributed on a single floor. It welcomes three bedrooms with warm/cool air-con, one with a double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed, and one with two single beds, so that up to 7 people can stay here. There also is one bathroom with shower and one with bathtub. The splendid dining-living room is extremely cosy, and you will find out that a rustic atmosphere does not mean lack of comforts. In fact, the wooden beam ceiling and the stone arches match with the fireplace and the whole decoration of the holiday home. The open kitchen is completely equipped.

    The outdoor is spectacular, thanks to the breathtaking views over the town of Iznate and the lush vegetation of the Sierra Tejeda. The landscape surrounding the holiday home features almond trees, mangoes and vineyards, in addition to being extremely close to the Costa del Sol. On a fenced terrace, you will have the possibility to enjoy the private pool, while on the enormous patio there are a barbecue area and an outdoor dining area. The perfectly cared-for garden will make your pet fall in love with this holiday home so that you won’t have any excuse for not relaxing and spending some unforgettable moments in Iznate.

    The pool is heated via solar panels, to a maximum temperature of 27ºC, depending on the outdoor temperature. Heating is available all year long, except for July and August.

    The access to the house is made possible by a 300 m unpaved lane.

Fantastic Villa, wonderful peaceful setting

We had a wonderful week in this villa. Jose and Ana (the owners) greeted us on our arrival and showed us around this spacious property with beautiful grounds and swimming pool. Jose was available on WhatsApp and I am sure if we had needed anything he would have been there. The villa is very well resourced and the heated pool a great way to spend the day. It was a perfect escape for a week of peace and quiet. Thoroughly enjoyable and we will be back!

Disfrutamos mucho de la paz, la vista, la hermosa naturaleza y los maravillosos pueblos que rodean la casa. La casa en sí también está completamente equipada, lo que contribuyó a una estancia relajante. El propietario fue extremadamente amable y servicial. Siempre estuvo dispuesto a brindar apoyo cuando fuera necesario, lo que nos pareció muy agradable. A pesar del mal tiempo, que impidió calentar la piscina, seguía siendo un lugar encantador. Todo está vallado y los niños y el perro pueden jugar y correr con seguridad. La ubicación central también hace que sea fácil descubrir todo tipo de lugares hermosos de la zona, y el camino a la casa es fácilmente accesible. En resumen: muy recomendable y sin duda volveremos!

Wir waren 2 Wochen (16.-30. Juni) dort und es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir für das nächste Jahr gebucht haben! Das Haus ist gut gelegen, direkt am Eingang von Iznate und leicht erreichbar. Die Aussicht auf die Stadt ist beeindruckend und auch der Pool hat ein eigenes Tor, so ist es sehr sicher für Kinder, mein Kind liebte es, den ganzen Tag herumzulaufen. Alles war sauber und gepflegt und die Besitzer sind ein Charme.

Die Finca hat einfach ein Traumlage - herrlich ruhig mit fantastischer Aussicht im Hinterland, dennoch relativ zentral für Unternehmungen aller Art, die Ausstattung und Räumlichkeiten haben unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen, wenn sie diese nicht sogar übertroffen haben. Es gibt an der Unterkunft wirklich überhaupt nichts zu bemäkeln. Auch der Pool ist traumhaft schön, vor allem sehr gut vor unbefugtem Kinderbesuch gesichert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer lief reibungslos, auch zwischendurch war er jederzeit erreichbar und hatte ein offenes Ohr. Besser konnte es bezüglich der Unterkunft eigentlich nicht laufen.
