"The Hotel is in the most gorgeous location. The view over the river is to die for. This does come with some diesel noise from the various boats on the river. The lighting of the property facing the river is lovely. The main entrance to the hotel is via a back street. There could have been more attention to detail here - there were two large tubs of close to dead plants (bougainvilleas I think). The entrance is shady and plants may not grow well - it would have been better for them to be removed. Internally, the hotel is OK, not great. I do not think that there is an elevator. The corridor lighting is a little erratic. It was all scrupulously clean. We stayed in a suite. It was a good size with two small separate balconies. There were three rooms, the living area, the bedroom and the bathroom. The living area had a spare bed and a sofa bed in it. Perhaps it could be more comfortable as a suite rather than a multi bed facility. No issues with the bedroom. In the bathroom, the shower was insecurely fitted. Breakfast was a bugbear. In an area famed for its fruit it was beyond strange that there was no fresh fruit juice on offer. There are freshly cooked omelettes on offer, however, it was touch and go whether you could get this - no evidence of any queueing system. The staff were friendly and professional. The cleaning staff do a great job behind the scenes. The hotel has an unparalleled view, an external ambience and a great base from which to visit an fascinating area."

"We recently stayed at these villas for a multi generational family holiday. Helena could not have been more helpful or kinder. Nothing was too much of a problem and she was a thoughtful and respectful host. Properties were well equipped and immaculate. The location of them is a 10 minute stroll from the main strip - right in the middle of pomegranate fields. Its a quiet and peaceful location but with easy access to the shops, bars and restaurants of Dalyan. We hired mobility scooters which made the trip back and for even easier. Taxis are widely available from town or via whatsapp and they cost 250TL which at the time is 4.00The two pools were lovely (kid pool and adult pool!) and there were plenty of sun loungers and outdoor furniture. Inside the villas are comfortable with plenty of glasses, plates, saucepans, towels, toilet rolls, bin liners etc. We have been to Dalyan many times and never stayed on this side of the town so it was great to be in a more peaceful location. Helena is a highly recommended host as we would love to return to her beautiful villas again."

"Me and my boyfriend stayed in the room with river view. It was a great room with 2 rooms and 3 beds total, so we had lots of space. My parents stayed in the room by the pool. They had 2 small beds. I thought the room was too small, but they were happy. I loved the food there and ate mostly at the restaurant on-site. Breakfast was included and had a wide range of ingredients. I was only missing plain old oatmeal and whole grain bread. My boyfriend didn't like their coffee. For lunch and dinner we tried their grilled fish, pide, soups daily... I loved all the food. It wasn't too salty or fat. Just right."

"This hotel is in an excellent location, on the river right opposite the Lycian Tombs and just a short walk into town. Parking was available either on the forecourt or on the road. The terrace beside the river was a great place to sit for a late night drink to see the tombs all lit up across the river. Rooms a decent size, bathroom quite modern, For our day at the beach, the boats picked us up from the hotel jetty. Loved our stay in Dalyan, will visit again."
