The staff went above and beyond by allowing me to have an Amazon delivery sent to the property, and then also accepting it for me. The room was exactly as advertised, and in spite of being on a busy highway, the property was very quiet at night."

"We loved our stay at Creekside. The unit was perfect for the two of us and the unit had everything we could possibly need, Kim was super helpful and was excellent at communicating. We found the location to be a great jumping off point to be able to explore the area including Nanoose Bay, Parksville, Qualicum, Coombs, Little Qualicum Falls Provincial Park, and Englishman River Falls Provincial Park. We didn’t get a chance to take in the properties many amenities, but did take a tour on our last day. The pickleball courts seem to be very popular, and the pools and hot tubs looked great. The trails around the property are well maintained and easy to get around. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the facilities. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area."
