2/10 Terrible

"It was filthy the hole place from the lobby to the elevator. The rooms the sheets and there where cockroaches in the hotel! It was gross. When checking out and telling the manager of the deplorable conditions of the property. I was told that they would do nothing about it and would make sure any review I left they commented on to tell everyone I did not give them a chance to correct it. Behind the reception desk was filthy as well. The manager seemed to not even care about the cleanliness of her area. The room cards kept depolarizing so we could not get in our room and had to constantly return to the front desk to get new cards. They mad me argu to get sheets and blankets for the role away bed and sofa bed. It was horrible"
