The food, horseback riding (Justin and Kate were amazing), and bikes were complimentary. We had a great time and it was a once in a lifetime experience.
What a little slice of heaven. I loved being able to be in the Park, away from the crowds and able to access Jenny, String, and Leigh Lakes without the crowds. Riding bikes to the trailheads was an extra bonus. We will be back!!
Extraordinary everything; the well trained and engaging staff, the grounds, maintained but not overly manicured, the details outside and inside the cottage rooms, excellent wranglers for horse ride - a perfect ride.
Beds and pillows are perfection. Thanks to Al the staff that you see and don’t see for a perfect stay.
The Staff - JD great front man at the desk to great us, Cam our waiter, Lilly our horseback guide were just fantastic. Mauricio went out of his way to explain the Lodge and was very helpful. We had nice conversations with the other cleaning people. The staff will bend over backwards to accommodate you. Dinner and breakfast were fantastic. Do the horseback ride. Great experience.
Come for the stay, not the food!!!
Nothing better than being ina cosy log cabin, with the fire on and raining outside. The vibe is quiet and setting beautiful.
This can't be said about the 5 course dinner. Based apparently on a french menu, the food was very underwhelming, tasteless, often not even hot! We sent back some stone cold broccoli and what came back was the complete opposite, just thrown into a pan and burnt to a crisp. I've had better food at a service station.
When we checked out the next day and told the receptionist this, all she did was smile at us, didn't even acknowledge it at all. Astonishing behaviour as you pay a premium here!
We stayed 3 night in a “deluxe” cabin, for which we paid a small fortune, and were very disappointed in several important areas. First we did not realize that Jenny Lake Lodge was not on (or even adjacent to) Jenny Lake! (That mistake was on us but it should have been clearer in the booking. Our cabin was in disrepair in several ways: burned out light bulbs, broken usb port device, unfriendly shower spray, no instructions on room phone. Though staff were very polite, repairs were not timely or were left undone.
In addition, we did not know ahead of time that we had prepaid for both breakfast and dinner, when we already planned to go elsewhere on two of our three nights. We were also extremely disappointed in the quality of almost every dish we were served in the morning and evening, and the prices were outrageously high.
Perhaps our biggest mistake was booking through a third party Expedia because the lodge could make only tiny adjustments to our bill. Overall the place is highly overrated and overpriced.
Great stay at Jenny Lake Lodge. Compared to our time at the Lake Yellowstone Hotel, where the seasonal staff seemed to still be learning the ropes, the team at Jenny Lake was extremely well trained and solicitous. The setting is gorgeous; the property is lovely; and the food in the dining room is tasty, fresh, and often local. Two things for new visitors to note: the cabins aren't large. At this price point, one might expect more square footage, but the cabins are more cozy than spacious. Second, breakfast and dinner are included in the price, but gratuities are not. All that said, staying at Jenny Lake is a truly special experience that I would recommend to anyone.
Jenny Lake Lodge is a very charming, rustic and delightful lodge. All of the service people are enthusiastic and helpful. The restaurant was very good although expensive. I gave it four stars because while the general location inside the park is good, the lodge itself is not on or in sight of the lake, and there are minimal views of the area except from directly in front of the small central lodge building.
Great stay at Jenny Lake. Beautiful location, cosy cabin, staff really friendly and helpful. Only a fine dining option (collared shirt needed); it is expensive, but very good. Great hiking nearby - easy walk to Jenny Lake itself, then you can hike all the way round it.

Highly recommend. Excellent service. Our lodge had a wonderful view of the Tetons. Couldn't have been better. We had all inclusive package and enjoyed it. Food was very good. Went horse riding which was excellent. Lodge was very clean, very nicely decorated.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Disliked: Staff & service
Had to check out a day early due to a family matter. The general manager would have nothing to do with us. They would not refund us for one night. We will never go back. Worst customer service I've ever seen.
We stayed 2 nights, had a lovely lodge cabin which was convenient to hiking and touring. It seemed over priced and not necessarily worth the extra cost. We didn’t have dinner in the lodge but dined at the Signal Mountain Lodge which is on the lake.
Very cozy & comfortable cabins, but a little high-priced for what you get. Also, the dining room is "jacket-preferred", not expected when you're on a National Parks tour.
Jenny Lake Lodge is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are clean and cozy. Staff cleans rooms daily, and they deliver ice as well. I wasn’t expecting this for a Lodge. They go above and beyond with ensuring comfort during the stay. The staff members are friendly and professional. Some cabins are duplex while others are single. The bedding is divine! High quality!
There were several deer that stayed near the lodges. The surrounding trails and lakes are breathtaking. Patrons will pay $35 to obtain a pass for entry into the Great Teton National Forest for a week.
The dinners have great reviews. They request a jacket and dress attire. Unfortunately, we didn’t know this before packing. Guests should know meals are approximately $100 each. The Chef hand picks all ingredients. We will be prepared for our next visit!
Jenny Lake Lodge is my new favorite place...a little slice of Heaven on Earth! You will not be disappointed!
A jewel in the wilderness. Fine dining. Luxurious bed and cozy cabin. Lodge lobby was beautiful. Lodge offers bikes, horseback riding and more. We had a wonderful stay and took a long hike around Jenny Lake. The mountain view was just incredible.
