Desk staff were informative and polite. The room was neat but not polished. It was a chilly night and the heat in the room didn’t work. Nor was there a remote for the tv. We were tired so we just crashed and left in the morning.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate and well attended to. The hallways and stairwell smelled of stale smoke. The floors could use extra vacuuming. The bathtub area could use some maintenance, as there was mildew on the ceiling and caulking, which needs to be redone. The listing should be changed to reflect that the pool area in closed for maintenance. There were several items around the hotel that are also out of order, which is discouraging.

Great place and a great breakfast

This property was very nice. The furnishings were in great shape with little wear. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were comfy. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Good place to stay

I booked this room after my room in Albion turned out to be a dumpster fire. I booked that room on hotels.com too. This place was had a great room. Fair breakfast.

This hotel has had reviews all the place. It lacks "curb appeal", but check in was easy, fast polite. The hallway carpets need some work and my room had a slight musty smell (I didn't mind it). The only real negative with my room was that all the soap, shampoo, lotion dispensers in the bathroom were empty (but travel with my backup products, so it wasn't a big deal). My room was clean, everything worked, it was quiet and breakfast was what I expected for the room price. I'd stay here again.

Comfortable bed, soft linens, and clean room. Air conditioning was already running on arrival, on a muggy day. Thermostat in room was helpful. Personable young man at reception desk.

Solo travel for a race.

The person who checked me in was super friendly and helpful. My room was big and clean. The pool and gym are under construction and at first I was nervous since the outside had no sign on the building but I ended up being happy I stayed here. Easy to get to the track and some restaurants near by.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at, especially the cleanliness of the room and the amenities it included. Your staff was excellent and provided ideas for dining in the area which turned out to be FANTASTIC! We will definitely be looking for more Towneplace Suites in the future!!!
