We couldn’t reach out to management about my uncomfortable extra thick pillows, so couldn’t sleep at all, and we had a long drive next morning

This property was rather old but they have tried to update parts of the rooms. I was very disappointed that the two times I stayed there, soap was missing so I couldn’t immediately take a shower. I got in to town late one night around 10:30 pm and nobody was around to help me get a bar of soap! I was not happy having to run out that late and find something. I would never pay summertime prices ($300 a night) seeing how old the place is and how they didn’t have soap.

The check in/out process was better than any hotel we’ve stayed at! The location is perfect, super close to walk to town for breakfast/dinner, and very close to drive into park.
