This is the first floor of a beautiful single family residence surrounded with trees. The first floor has its own private entrance and does not have access to the rest of the house. One queen bedroom and one bath, two futons in living room can sleep two adults and one child or two small children. Living room, large inviting private patio with table and chairs for relaxing with beautiful views in a very nice area off Hwy 88 between Jackson and Pine Grove. Microwave, refrigerator, dining table, 52" wall mounted TV and wireless internet. Near Plymouth wineries, Volcano, Black Chasm Caverns and Daffodil Hill. Only 40 mins from Lakes and skiing at Kirkwood. Four minutes to Jackson Rancheria. Beautiful Gold country location at 2,000' elevation. For weekly and monthly rates contact owner. Kitchen has a range, basic amenities like microwave, hotplate, toaster, keurig coffeemaker, also a regular coffee maker, refrigerator, hot water kettle, glasses, flatware and plates. Full kitchen. This rental is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The view is beautiful and the morning sun came in through the large windows. We enjoyed sitting on patio and watching the deer.

A fun getaway!

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay. We liked the privacy and having the feeling of camping. It was also in driving distance to town or the casino. We will certainly try and come back for another fun getaway.

Jackson area '24 trip

Our stay was essentially what we expected - a relaxing and quiet location with very nice views. It felt almost "off the grid" but close to the areas we wanted to re-explore. And a good value to boot!

Nice Place

Great Experience for Ski Weekend

Mickey was extremely hospitable and gave quick informative responses in communication. The place has everything you need and is perfectly situated an hour from kirkwood ski resort, highly recommend.

We had a family reunion in Pine Grove and always prefer to use HomeAway over a motel, were thankful that Mickey had the perfect place. We had 3 adults and 1 child stayed for 3 nights, I recommend it great location for exploring Gold Country. Cathy

Excellent little half house getaway!!! Thank you so much for early check in the first day. Everything was just right. I grew up just up 88 further so it was nice to come ‘home’ and get a property that felt like it. Appreciate it Mickey! Would definitely refer and come back

Quiet and comfortable

We look for a 3 day fireworks-free stay every 4th of July for the comfort of our dogs. Finding a place that will take two large dogs is difficult. We were happy to find this place not too far from home. It is newly remodeled with a very comfortable bed, and a couple of futons in the living room. One drawback was no fenced yard for the dogs and a lot of stickery dry weeds. I have a single universal remote at home and was unable to figure out the 3 remotes neccessary to watch TV so we did a lot of reading, Im sure if I had contacted the owner she would have been happy to help. The kitchen is woefully under equipped, don"t plan on doing more than frying eggs or using the microwave. There was only one dish towel. The place was clean except we fought ants in the kitchen the entire stay, even though poison spray was provided. The owner said that was seasonal. We wanted a quiet stay with the dogs and that is what we got.

Oohhh the smell of pine trees!

For me it couldn't have worked out better. I wanted some quiet time in the mountains. It was beautiful there. No cars driving by, at night I sat outside and stargazed, couldn't hear a thing. If you're looking for some peace and quiet and like the country this is a good spot. I would highly recommend staying there if you can get an opening.
