My first day there, the room had a horrible smell. I checked in with the amazing staff. they came to the room and immediately switch me into a better room. later that day, the one i was original in had a boiler explosion. So i was moved just in time. However, it was an experience i wasn't try to have during my trip. I would defiantly stay again because the staff was very nice and accommodating, but the management needs to do better improvement of their rooms.

The price really reflect the conditions! The Carpet on the halls looks miserable and it should be clean at least one annually. I don’t like the fact there’s no microwave and not coffee maker in the room. Considering the fact the hotel, it’s a brand of Hilton. It should reflect the Hilton quality and conditions. The staff was very professional and excellent. I can’t say anyone negative about them.
