This 1450 sq foot, renovated Teton Shadows townhouse is one of a kind with it's amazing Teton views from practically every room, including the living room, master bedroom and loft. The house is on 3 levels and it's location is both close to town (10 minutes) and also close to the paid entrance to Grand Teton National Park (15 minutes). Guests frequently are delighted to see elk and moose from the windows of the property.
Entry level- On entry, there is a living -dining room and a fully-stocked kitchen. The dining table seats 8 comfortably and there also is a comfortable couch and plentiful chairs to relax and watch programs on the large, smart TV ( basic cable and streaming services). There is a nice furnished patio located off the living room's sliding glass doors to relax outside in Summer . In Winter, buy some wood at one of our local supermarkets and enjoy a romantic fire in the living room fireplace while looking outside at views of the Teton mountains.
Kitchen : There is a well- stocked, galley kitchen with quartz counters, a modern sink and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen provides everything you might need to cook and enjoy at-home meals.
Bedrooms- There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom has an attached loft - great for children. On the 2nd level of the house, there are 2 bedrooms each a queen bed, cathedral ceilings and each with an attached bathroom (both bathrooms in the townhouse are located upstairs- total of 2 bathrooms, each upstairs).
Master Bedroom . The Master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling, a beautiful queen-size canopy bed and also a large dresser, side dressers, a TV and a small desk with shelves. This bedroom also has 2 large closets providing ample storage space for your clothes and suitcases. Stunning views of the Tetons from both it's large bedside window and also from the sliding glass door that connects to a furnished patio (also with views) located off this bedroom.
Attached to the Master bedroom is an updated bathroom with a toilet, sink and fully tiled shower.
Second Bedroom- The Second Bedroom also has cathedral celings, a comfortable queen bed, a large dresser and a closet for clothes' storage. The Second Bedroom also has an attached bathroom with a toilet, sink and a full bathtub and shower. There is a window in this bedroom that faces the parking area (but it's quiet).
3rd Loft Bedroom- Off of the 2nd bedroom is a regular staircase leading to a 3rd floor "Loft" bedroom. The "loft" bedroom is connected sound-wise to the 2nd bedroom (there is a sound machine downstairs if desired since the loft and 2nd bedroom are connected sound wise).
The loft bedroom has both a double bed and a pull out cot bed (see the photos please). There is a standing clothes rack and also a large dresser. The loft has windows and amazing Teton views. The loft is ideal for children as it has slanted ceilings, although adults have also stayed here. Note that if adults are staying here , it can be a squeeze.
TV's: There is a large, smart TV in the spacious living-dining room and also a smaller smart TV in the Master bedroom . Both have basic cable and also streaming services.
Full Laundry. There is a full laundry room for you to do laundry.
Parking : The property can often accommodate two cars-- but please check prior to booking if you have more than one car. Parking is outside in the townhouse association parking lot. There is no garage.
Patios and balconies: There are a total of 3 furnished patios and balconies and also smallish charcoal grill for outdoor barbecuing.
Location and Golf -Tennis: The condo is located in a development called Teton Shadows which is a ten minute drive north from the town of Jackson and is closer to the paid entrance to Grand Teton National Park and closer to Yellowstone. The townhouse development has a large grassy area with a small playground for children to swing or play. Nearby (less than a mile away) is a golf and tennis club which allows non-members to play or to dine there (golf club has amazing views also).
Owner-The owner (when local) lives in a separate apartment in the back of the townhouse . The owner can help orient you and your family and suggest fun activities for any age visitor.
Rules: You will be responsible for any major damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Quiet time per HOA rules is between 10PM and 7 Am .
NO PETS Allowed (as per townhouse HOA rules for rentals).
Last Items- The house has plenty of games for children and families and also has a pack n play for children.
