"The property is not as described. It is actually in someone's backyard and there is no cell service either. We have been trying to get a refund from the host for a week because we never actually stayed at the property, but they are very difficult to get a hold of and have given us no help."

"Wow what a really nice place. Great spot on the hill with easy ski in/out. Parking convenient and the hosts super friendly and helpful. We had a great stay here for our daughter’s race weekend. They even let us use their basement for ski waxing. Super impressed. "

"Quiet, comfortable bed, good location. Amazing welcome upon arrival really made the experience great at the start. Welcome bottle of wine was a really nice and unexpected touch too! But then later there was an issue with the tv. It was unplugged for some reason which was odd but whatever. Three remotes in the room and none of them would turn the volume up. After several minutes of frustration I called the front desk and politely asked for some help with it. The response was a big sigh and then to hang up on me. Not cool. "
