"The room was basic but exceptionally clean, smelled amazing and had everything one would need for an overnight stay. The front desk gentleman was very helpful upon checking in, and checking out was a breeze. I was in a hurry so I didn't get to take advantage of the breakfast but it was available and open until 9am."

"The first room we checked into on the third floor did not have air conditioning and it was hot. We were given a choice of two other rooms on the second floor. One of them had a tv that didn’t work. (I’m sure it was the batteries in the remote). The room we settled in was nice. The whole place has a cool vibe with brick walls and wooden floors. It has lots of character. The flight(s) up and down are very steep Since there is no elevator, there is no choice. Oh, and the freight train track is mere yards away from 1890 Sleepover! I happen to like trains, but it did get very loud!"

"Such a wonderful place to unwind. Rebecca was so welcoming and kind. The cabin was beautiful and gave us a safe place to rest. The river, which was close by, was a nice reprieve from the heat. Bring big spray though during the warm months. But that shouldn’t stop you from visiting."
