"Staff was incredibly helpful and very kind. Justin, Eddie and the other guy…. Unfortunately the hotel was not as described online. It was very nice and comfortable but there was no gym as indicated and Jo breakfast as also indicated. They are going through a remodel and apparently that’s why. We were told we could purchase breakfast. The elevator floors were very dirty but other than that it was great."

"Traveled from Washington to California on I5, so we stopped here for the night. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good. The man who checked us in was very friendly, but not very helpful. Rather than volunteering the information, I had to ask the times and location for breakfast. He also didn ’t give us the Wi-Fi password, and it wasn’t on any of the documentation. I called the front desk and got the information, but it didn’t work well and was basically useless (maybe that’s why they don’t make an effort to provide it at check-in!)"

"Don’t be startled when you see all the trucks nearby—this is located near a truck dtop. Did not impact the comfort of our room. We had a great stay and were very close to the Redwood National Forest !!"

"The hotel restaurant food/ bar was really good and prices great. It was close to the pool. We stayed for 4 nights so it would’ve been nice to have a little mix of the hot breakfast items besides the same thing. Also we didn’t have an ice machine on our floor. So that was kinda a pain to have to take an elevator to another floor to get ice. Other than that we thought everyone was great and attentive. We would come back."
