It was very good, we saw a little "bug" but it was dead and any place can have a bug or two from time to time. Overall very clean, easy access, felt safe, would recommend.

The food was good here. The hotel is well outdated. The room was dirty and full of moisture upon arrival. The customer service was great until the last day. At the last minute I was asked to provide my service dog registration number or leave now. It was good I was checking out anyway due to family emergency.

The staff are great and the property is decently clean. The problem I had was the obvious marijuana smoking. Customers were smoking it everywhere. I. The designated smoking areas outside. In the lobby area and in their rooms. The second floor had a haze and the bad smell from about 8pm on into the morning.

Staff at Quality Inn in Jacksonville NC are very nice, unlike a few other hotels in area. Hotel has remodled, nice amenities, free breakfast. Here for a long time for work. And of all the hotels. This one is best overall for price, and good staff, cant beat it.
