Homewood Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Downtown-Southbank
"I stayed there 4 days and 3 nights my room wasn't cleaned no new wash clothes or towels the TV was off and on just horrible. The TV needs to be upgraded to a smart TV curtains had holes in them. Very disappointed to be a hotel apart of the Hilton and costly."

"Great hotel located on the beach with friendly and helpful staff. I like the connivence of the wrist strap room key as it was very easy to keep track of on the beach. Some of the rooms only have a walk out balcony, a full balcony would be preferred so when booking you may need to verify."
