The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Take out the trash to the chute at the other end of the hallway behind a utility door on the left side. Tie the trash bags before placing items in the chute. Please dispose of any leftover food.
The door is self locking when button is pushed in. Please return the keys to the lockbox as to avoid being locked out and before your departure. The complex has 24/7 security.
Turn off the air conditioning and the lights to avoid excess utility usage. Please unplug any unused appliances like the coffee maker, blender, hair dryer, etc.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

All guests and visitors must submit their names 2-4 hours in advance to register with security. Guests will be required to show a valid ID to enter.
Visitors are permitted to occupancy total of 4. Visitors must leave by 9pm. Alcohol is to be consumed in the condo only. No glass in common areas.
