Contemporary Beach Front Gem - Private Infinity Pool!

This modern contemporary Beach Front Gem sits directly on the beach in the lovely beach front gated community of Hermosa Palms, Costa Rica. The house was remodeled in 2020 and is very well equipped and is stocked fully with all of the amenities one would need to enjoy a beach front vacation. The Open Floor plan of the kitchen, into the living and dining room, which then flows out onto a nice covered patio on the beach. Nice beach views are seen throughout these living spaces and in 4 of the 5 bedrooms! Enjoying Vast Sunsets from the private Jacuzzi & Pool never gets old......

Each bedroom has a bathroom and the bedrooms are extremely spacious and separated from one another to provide extra privacy. .

There are several master bedrooms, one of the first floor, one on the second floor has a nice sitting area and an ocean view jacuzzi pool on the patio and a third on the third floor.

The master bedroom on the first floor is spacious, has a private bathroom as well and opens up to the sand..

The fifth bedroom is also on the first floor.

The beach front community pool is a 1 minute walk from the house, where you can enjoy drinks, snacks and meal from the swim up bar.

A beautiful location!!

We had a wonderful time and the house was in a PERFECT location. The beach was stunning and the surf was huge and perfect for surfing. The house was clean and very well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and all electronics worked great. My only complaint would be that the pool filter turned off on our last day and the outside shower knob was broken. These were minor issues though and didn’t affect our stay at all. We would absolutely return!!

Amazing House!

This house was perfect for our week long family vacation over Christmas (6 adults and 4 kids ages 11-15). The house was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. We loved having King Beds in all bedrooms. The living spaces, both inside and outside, were very spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated having pool/beach towels, a large outdoor grill, robes and nice hairdryers. Hermosa Palms is a small, gated community- very safe and it was fun being able to utilize the neighborhood pool and restaurant. Excellent property management. We would love to return and would stay in the exact same house. It was fabulous!

Family vacation

Our family ranging in age from 6-76 had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful beach front home on Playa Hermosa. The home offers lots of room to spread out and the bedrooms are all a good size with four bedrooms that have ocean views and balconies… Michael was a great host and the couple of issues we had were dealt with quickly. Hermosa Palms Beach Club was an added bonus as it offered a big pool and Yo Yo’s swim up bar with yummy food and drinks…everyone had a great time and we would love to return one day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awsome place! If you want to enjoy (and surf!) Hermosa Beach - this is the place to stay. House is great! Right at the beach! Rooms are spacious and confortable. Air conditioner in the whole house - a must on summer time. There is a jacuzzi outside the master bedroom, perfect to just relax and watch the sunset! We asked for daily maid service (paid apart) - which worked great, with the bonus that she cooked very well + local plates! So we had galo-pinto and guacamole for breakfast! I highly recommend the house and am most definitely comming back!
