Our trip began perfectly with the hotel-arranged car service, where our driver, JJ, served as an excellent guide, making stops at the crocodile river and local fruit stands. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The property, a non-large hotel on the south end of Jaco Beach, is beautifully maintained with tropical flora. While the pool is perfectly functional, we spent most of our five days on the beautiful public beach right in front of the property. We stayed in a clean, spacious two-bedroom condo with both ocean and pool views. The unit included useful amenities like a large refrigerator/freezer, a laundry machine, and a dryer. Our private balcony offered a fantastic ocean view, providing a perfect spot for watching the daily sunset. The restaurant and bar provided a consistent and delicious menu throughout the day; we enjoyed sampling nearly every nicely prepared dish. We are definitely coming back.
