Immediately upon passing through Los Sueños Resort main gates, the guarded Del Mar Community sits at the edges of La Iguana Championship Golf Course and overlooks Herradura Bay. The Mediterranean-inspired design contrasts perfectly with the surrounding landscape, while palm-lined paths connect two large, free form swimming pools, Palapas, barbecue areas and Jacuzzis. Conveniently located, this community is just a short golf cart ride to the Beach Club, marina and Marina Village shops.

Air conditioned throughout, ceramic tiles and wooden cabinetry, combined with an open-plan communal living area, emphasize the casual lifestyle of tropical living. The living area extends outside to include a covered, terraced balcony for al fresco dining and spectacular sunsets over Herradura Bay.

Outdated, pricy and unlucky with the view

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property needs updating urgently... beds are uncomfortable, tvs are old, drapes do not cover the light well and appliances are outdated. Ocean view is blocked by a new construction and we had issues with parking that took too long to address. On the positive side, it was clean and access to the beach club is always appreciated.
