Located just inside the main gates of the Resort, Del Mar Community is a haven for recreation and active living within Los Sueños. From the private gated entry, a lane of shade trees and gentle walkways curve alongside the championship golf course to reach this neighborhood of 84 attached residences.

The Del Mar Condominiums feature a striking contrast between Mediterranean architectural design and the delicate landscape that characterizes this community. Beautifully designed with comfort in mind, there is plenty of space for a mid-size group to spread out and enjoy their Costa Rica home away from home.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit includes a designer kitchen that opens into the adjoining dining area and great room; these in turn, open up onto an expansive covered balcony which is well furnished for ocean and jungle gazing.
