"AWFUL experience here! Incompetent and rude customer service. Forgot my camera bag, and housekeeper stole it. Management never apologized. They were able to get camera back a few days later, but I was already home and had to drive 5 hours back to get it. Manager is rarely there and doesn't respond to phone calls."

"The room was not well clean, there was blood stains in one of the outlets by the window and cigarette smell! I don’t smoke so it bothered me! The staff were amazing though. "

"Only stay here if you have a car and noise and light don't interfere with your sleep. The hotel is in a residential area with nothing for travellers and it is NOT accessible by public transit: from the last subway stop you would have to take a bus from one of the busiest stops. With the huge lineups and there is no way you can get on this bus with any luggage so I had to pay for an Uber. The property is very clean, well staffed, spacious, nicely decorated and clean. However, the restaurants don't offer gluten-free options and there is nowhere in walking distance to eat. The rooms are NOT well insulated, and you can hear every conversation in the hallway, all night long. (Remember that this is an airport hotel and people come and go at all hours.) My room looked into the parking lot, with lights shining all night and no way to block them as there was no blind and only a transparent curtain. I spent am uncomfortable night and was glad to leave in the morning. (The free airport shuttle was helpful.)"

"I enjoyed my stay at Fairfield Inn. Shuttle picked us up from the airport, driver was very friendly and helped us with our bags. We arrived earlier, our room was ready, and we were able to check-in early at no extra charge. Front desk lady was very nice. Breakfast was just ok, first day I asked if they had omelet without cheese and the lady said no. Second day, they ran out of scrambled eggs and didn't serve more, this was during the last 30min of breakfast hours. Room was clean, they gave me extra pillows and towels. Easy access to public transportation, bus stops are closed by."
