The Ledges is in a gorgeous and tranquil Drakensberg location. The cottage was clean and comfortable and far exceeded our expectations. Owners Adrian and Jessica were exceedingly kind and generous and made a plan to get an important bag we’d left behind delivered to Johannesburg, for which we’re eternally grateful!

A lovely place in the mountain not far from the Amphie Theatre. Unfortunately it was raining during our stay.

Great Views

The scenery is amazing, views incredible . We stayed in the Farm House which was very spacious and well kept. The breakfast was okay. There aren't a lot of amenities around ensure you are well stocked up on necessities. There are also only 2 places where you can dine close by, which had an hour waiting time when we were there, ensure you factor these in during peak times so that you avoid being hangry 🙂

Excelente lugar en Drakesberg

Excelente lugar muy espacioso limpio y muy amable la recepcionista. Queda en un lugar heemoso con un gran parque. Super recomendable. La casa esta totalmente equipada. Lamentablemente solo nos quedamos una noche pero el lugar merece una estadia mayor.

Schöne Zimmer mit bequemen Betten in traumhafter, ruhiger Umgebung nur 20 Autominuten vom Royal Natal NP entfernt. Abendessen möglich, wenn man bis 10 Uhr Bescheid gibt. Vollausgestattete Küche zur Selbstverpflegung vorhanden.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war perfekt und das Abendessen sehr lecker. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und nur 20 min vom Royal Natal Nationalpark entfernt . Uns hat es super gefallen! Vielen Dank für alles!!!

We really loved our stay at Ledges Retreat, the surroundings are so beautiful and peaceful. Royal Natal is really closeby to go for a hike. The room was nicely decorated and modern with a big bathroom. Everyone was really friendly and the dogs were a bonus ;-) Definitely one of our favourite places during our 3 week trip!
