Everything was great at this hotel. Staff service including the wonderful staff at reception (Pradeep and the pretty girl whose name I forget) Restaurant on 10th floor was amazing. Great views, food quality was amazing.. Rooms were modern and very clean.. something that is not easy to achieve in India Could be better Transparency around non availability of non-veg options.. my daughter was initially disappointed.. but needed up loving all veg options. Will definitely come again. 5 star services that is affordable.

Room is good size but quite dated. The bed was a spring mattress low bed which was an uncomfortable experience The toilets are very poorly maintained with too much black mildew and very poor showe condition. The entire toilet need a major clean up. Breakfast spread was quite good for vegetarians but for the non vegetarians it was extremely underwhelming. There was no decent meat and thecold cuts were tasteless. However the paratha, sambar, fresh dosas and omelettes were great with a very good coffee. The staff were very nice and helpful both at the checkin and the restaurants.

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms. Bathroom wasn’t the best, but that’s a lot of hotels. Breakfast had a lot of options and they made traditional regional dishes upon request too. Was about 20 mins away from the airport

We are 2 families went for 2 night trip to jaipur and consider my person experience of this hotel The location is centrally located in jaipur and its not a five star by any way no service, Facility or support, don't get fooled by the Picture , the building is very old and need maintenance from outside and inside, the service is very slow and hotel is not also very big, food is average at dinner and good options in breakfast i would give this facility a 4 star and service 3 star

We are very pleased with the staff at the hotel. The staff at the hotel are very polite and professional. There are a few things we dislike about the hotel, such as its location or the manner in which the rooms are kept. As far as Marriott high quality standards are concerned, this hotel is not meeting them. Although the restaurant at hotel is quite affordable, there is a good variety of food on offer, and there is a buffet on offer, as well as a friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel has some good food options and staff in dinning are amazing and definitely way better than the front desk. Hotel room was terrible and bathroom was awfully dirty. Great service provided by the entire team. Hotel is in ideal location, very clean, hotel, rooms comfortable and very clean. Many thanks to Vishal from the reception team who welcomed me to the hotel and always checked that all was ok with me and ensured safe departure from the hotel. Thanks to Vishal for his hospitality and professionalism that he demonstrated in his work. Thanks to Dalveer, and Ranveer and rest of the housekeeping team for ensuring my room was comfortable, clean and all required amenities were in the room. Thanks to the restaurant team in ensuring meals were delicious at meal times and ensuring all were comfortable.
