We had several issues but overall property was ok. I took my mom to celebrate her birthday and i reminded them to do something special but they didn’t. Some of the Staff are young and not as aware of things. Food options were ok. Breakfast was very good. Airport is far and roads not that great so build extra time. I think I will revisit this place. Hopefully next time without any issues.

The hotel and staff are absolutely incredible!!! We would highly recommend this hotel. Sadly, there was a wedding going on during our stay, so we were not able to use the pool. However, the staff were exceptional and helped us find other activities to relax, and we will definitely visit again! Our butler, Nandini, went above and beyond, and made our stay very very special. She is an asset to the hotel. The driver, Ramesh, made us feel very safe, and gave us so much information about the city during our stay. All of the staff in the hotel are very kind and accomodating. They can help with anything you need, no request is too difficult. The food is very high quality, and everywhere is impeccably clean. Thank you Leela Palace Jaipur for such a great stay!!!!

Beautiful place, amazing idea, but no attention to detail, they should do a better job maintaining the property, definitely should call a pest control..may be we got a not so good room. I felt like the pool can be cleaner, it was deep, still couldn’t see the bottom of the pool Breakfast was good.

The Leela Palace Jaipur is an amazing hotel. The property is stunning, service is wonderful and the rooms are a beautiful. We enjoyed the pools, the gym and did the morning yoga classes. We stayed here on our trip to Jaipur with our children and we all found it to be a top class hotel ans among the best ones we were stayed in in India. The staff is courteous and helpful, and in particular the staff at the dinner restaurant, and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

Extraordinary property. Classic Indian architecture and ornate decor. New modern rooftop bar - delicious botanical cocktails. Very good breakfast buffet. And beyond all else is the attentive service from a friendly and helpful staff. And I mean round the clock top notch service. We left wondering if we would ever be able to do anything for ourselves again.

The Leela Palace was truly extraordinary. The welcome we received brought us to tears—it deeply connected us to our roots and culture. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. My daughter wasn’t feeling well one morning, and a special thank you to one of our servers, Pradeep, who kindly sent some bread up to her room. Such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to our family.

An Unrivaled Royal Masterpiece – The Best 5-Star Stay We Have Ever Experienced! Our 4-night stay at The Leela Palace Jaipur was nothing short of magical. It easily ranks as the best 5-star hotel we have ever visited. The Highlights: The Hospitality: We received an exceptional welcome from the traditional dancers and doormen. The personalised welcome and goodbye curated for every guest made us feel incredibly special. The Service: Every single staff member was remarkably kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The Food & Drinks: We enjoyed exquisite dishes at the specialty tasting room, and the wonderful bars offered the perfect ambiance to unwind. The Room: Our room featured a beautiful private courtyard where we could listen to peacocks and spot vibrant tropical birds. It was absolutely magical. If you want a flawless, luxury escape that blends grand opulence with heartfelt service, this is it. We cannot recommend it highly enough!
