They went out of their way to make us feel at home and be gracious in all their interactions with us. The hotel facilities were exceptional. "Tents were terribly cold,with no arrangements to heat.Dogs enter tents at night.Rooms were OK but washrooms were not well maintained.Food was very good and stsff were warm and hospitable."

"We traveled as a family and occupied two rooms. The best thing about this hotel was its proximity to the tourist attractions. But the rooms were not specially clean (the bathrooms had a smell), when went to the reception desk the next morning someone was sleeping in front of it in a makeshift mattress, the food was greasy and of poor quality, and the dining room was open and exposed to the cold weather of the desert night."
