Our family LOVED this hotel. Super friendly staff, spotlessly clean, lots of treats for kids!!!! Our 8 year old was given a monkey toy on check in and the monkey had a beautiful set of outfits in our room to play dress ups with. So cute! The pool was fun to swim in and the breakfast tasty. Thanks!

My kids loved the Family Loft Room. PS5 in the room was perfect. Drinking water too. Hotel had Ping Pong table. Enjoyed with my kids. Staff was very polite and helpful. On my first day Mr. Fattah at the reception was helpful. Even the staff in the breakfast hall was polite. At th restaurant too. Enjoyed the stay.

I really like the tennis facilities, they also provide facilities for borrowing rackets and balls. The rooms are very clean, and quite spacious too. they have a unique swimming pool shape, and also at evening we can relax in the pool area and it is very comfortable. I will come back to stay again next time.

Beautiful hotel, kept clean really well! Our room came with kids tent and a toddler bed, our 5 year old loved it! Aesthetic and instagrammable lobbies! Only downside was the walls were just slightly thin u could hear from the outside, breakfast variety could be more. A little bit concerned on the swimming pool for kids, there should be a clear wall or railing to separate the paddling pool vs the deep pool as the kids do have a hard time differentiating them and have the tendency to fall into the deeper pool side.
