Hotel is conveniently located to my partners office. Front desk staff is very unstaff. One front desk officer attending to a long queue of check in guest. The remaining staff are hiding inside the staff office. No coordination, no teamwork, no job commitments. Very shameful.

Beautiful hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Definitely add the breakfast when you book. It is SO worth it!

Very poor

This hotel is nowhere near where it needs to be to have this rating. There were a number of things broken, I had no hot water for my whole stay. The service was poor and the food very average. Compared to other hotels of this rating in Jakarta I think this needs to be reconsidered for its rating online.

Good quality Hotel

Great value for the stay quality. The only down side is that it does not have any shopping malls beside or around within walking distance. Will want to try other hotel if not due to customer location.

I requested a non smoking room. Unfortunately there were people smoking in other room on my floor, the whole floor smelled of cigarette because of this, through air conditioning system. This happens all the time at this hotel, management needs to enforce non smoking regulation!!

Need to replace towel!!

So many stains and old towels. I stayed 4 nights and all of towels were same condition. You are 4 star hotel!!! Keep your 4 star image! Towel cost cheaper than reputation.

For sure the worst hotel I have tried so far in Indonesia. Only upside is the short distance to exhibition. Seems they know thats why ppl stay there, and therefor dont care about service or quality. Room service is very poor. I got Pasta Alfredo without chicken... But worst of all was the Lounge Restaurant in the ground floor. DONT EAT THERE!! We brought business partners and it was simply embarrasing.

Not my favorite hotel anymore

I have been staying in this Hotel for the past 3 trips to Jakarta, mainly for the Exhibition at JIEXPO which is located near to this hotel. However, i realised that the room that i stayed is getting dated, floor tile (yes with floor tiles) cracked and making funny noises when walking. The telephone in the toilet not working as well. I have decided to stay in other hotel diring my next visit in March 2024.

There were a few challenges. The shower handle was broken. Maintenance came and smoked in a non-smoking room. There was a window light we could not turn off. The buffet items that were empty were not all replenished. The staff was friendly.

ordered rib-eye steak for dinner. but food was bad (doesn't look like a steak). inside of steak was still cold! gave up eating. overall, food standard is low including breakfast buffet. room is ok. check-in forgot to take my credit card. resulted in unable to bill expenses to my room

When I checkedin, front counter confirmed that my room is smoking free and singled king side bed with 1 person for breakfast. When I walked into room#1809, it turned up to be a twin size bed. I went down to front counter, explained and request to change room. Another front counter staff attended to me, showed a very low unhappy face, as though I was creating trouble, very unwilling comply. But I told her, I asked for king size bed, why gave me a double bed with 1 breakfast? Does it make sense? Eventually I was told to return to room, wait for waiter to send me a new room keys. I have been staying in this hotel everytime I traveled to Jakarta, I notice their service is getting bad to worst. If it is not close to my partner's office, I would have stayed in another hotel. The staff attitude in this hotel getting worse. The better ones have resigned from this hotel. I have stayed in this hotel for a few years, I saw the drastic change of staff. Everytime, new staff joined, their service standard drops. And you call this GRAND MECURE KEMAYORAN, what a mismatched. Disappointed.
