Meeting the expectation

The hotel has an amazing location, it is connected to a shopping centre with a lot of options for food. The room is clean and well managed. It is very comfortable. Easy check in and check out process. Did a seamless early check in with the help of Salsa and she informed me promptly when the room was ready. I really appreciate her. Thank you, Salsa.
